Content quality and cleanup for Confluence
Keep Confluence clean, current, and trustworthy.
KnowledgeLint finds stale, conflicting, duplicate, deprecated and ownerless pages, shows the evidence, turns approved fixes into Jira work, and verifies the result—without auto-editing Confluence.
Two pages. Two answers. No clear source of truth.
If Confluence contains both, employees, search, support teams and AI can rely on the wrong one. KnowledgeLint surfaces the conflict—and related content risks—before they become operational mistakes.
- Conflicting answers
- Prompt injection
- Outdated guidance
- Duplicate sources
- Missing owners
- Deprecated content
Two live pages give different answers to the same question.
Which purchases need VP approval?
From source risk to verified closure.
KnowledgeLint finds the evidence. Your team decides what changes.
Choose the scope
Start with one important question and the space that should answer it.
Review the evidence
See the affected pages and why they need a decision.
Assign and verify
Create owned cleanup work, then re-scan to prove the conflict is gone.
Prove the conflict is gone.
After your team decides, KnowledgeLint re-scans the same scope and records whether the conflict stayed closed.
- Human decision firstOwners choose what stays. KnowledgeLint never rewrites Confluence for you.
- Verified in a later scanA follow-up scan confirms the conflict is gone—or flags a regression.
Your Confluence content never passes through this website.
The public KnowledgeLint site handles ordinary website requests and details you choose to submit. Product scans run separately inside Atlassian Forge, with explicit scope, bounded AI and human-controlled actions.
Website separated from product data
The public website never receives Confluence page content. Scans run separately in the installed Forge app.
Forge-hosted processing
V1 uses Atlassian Forge and Forge LLM without a separate KnowledgeLint runtime or runtime data egress.
Minimal stored content
Full page bodies are transient. KnowledgeLint persists metadata, fingerprints, findings and short evidence snippets—not full page bodies.
Admin-controlled scope and action
Admins choose spaces and AI limits. KnowledgeLint never rewrites or deletes Confluence pages automatically.

Questions before an evaluation.
Is KnowledgeLint only for Rovo or AI teams?
No. Clean, current and owned Confluence content helps employees, search, support and governance workflows too. Rovo and AI readiness are important use cases, not the product boundary.
Does KnowledgeLint edit Confluence automatically?
No. Reviewers approve every cleanup action. KnowledgeLint does not rewrite or delete Confluence pages.
What data does the V1 store?
Full Confluence page bodies are processed transiently for an authorized scan and are not persisted by KnowledgeLint. The V1 stores page metadata, fingerprints, risk cases, findings and short evidence snippets in Forge-hosted storage. The public KnowledgeLint website never receives Confluence content.
Does KnowledgeLint guarantee it finds every issue?
No. Results depend on the selected scope, accessible current pages and bounded checks. Every finding requires human review.
How long does setup take?
Start with a 20-minute fit review. We then confirm the space, permissions, scope and review owner.
Which Confluence deployment is supported?
The current V1 supports Confluence Cloud on Atlassian Forge. Data Center and Server are outside the supported V1 scope.
What happens after the evaluation?
If the workflow is useful, you continue with the normal Paid via Atlassian subscription. The first 10 paying customers can receive 50% off the first year, founder onboarding and a guided one-space findings review. There is no automatic paid continuation.
Are Forge AI costs included?
Yes. Bounded Forge LLM analysis is included within the app's documented monthly allowance. There is no separate customer AI usage invoice within those limits; this is separate from any Atlassian Rovo credit plan.
